3827490 - Is it possible to open the link outside of Concur which is available when the receipts are displayed by clicking on Receipts tab > View Receipts in New Window?

We would like to attach a copy of the image or link to the image into our ERP. We can see that each image has a url, but we want to understand if this would be useable outside of the Concur site, so if we attached the url within our ERP will this take us back to the original image. 
Is there a way to automate this if it is possible?
