3827496 - Why is my request still showing as Submitted & Pending Approval after it was approved by my Manager?

I have submitted a Request ID to my Manager of which he approved in the system. I was able to confirm the approval as I have received an Email Notification. However, when I am logged into my account, I am still seeing the Request ID in my Active Requests page as "Submitted & Pending Approval".

The employee submitted a Request ID and it was approved by his Request Approver. This then triggered a status change notification that will show that the Approval Status Set to Approved.
