3827587 - What to do when client has issues with the "road closure" icon in their Google Maps when using Mileage Calculator?

Since Google Maps detected a "road closure icon" (Av. Antônio dos Santos Miranda), it will not recommend to use the R. Mal. Hermes route since it is "one-way road" only. This is the reason it recommends an alternate longer route from Vivo Guaratuba (Waypoint C) going back to Vivo Matinhos (Waypoint B).

We can still see in Google Maps that there's still a "road closure icon" that prohibits the two-way option road from Vivo Guaratuba to Vivo Matinhos.

The client reported a route going from Home Address (Waypoint A) to Vivo Matinhos (Waypoint B) and to Vivo Guaratuba (Waypoint C), is normal than the usual route client was using. This is because it only uses a one-way alternate route due to road closure in Av. Antônio dos Santos Miranda, which is a two-way road. , KBA , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
