3827722 - How to skip approval step if approver has already approved?

I want to set the workflow to skip approval step if approver has already approved.

Invoice / Expense > Workflow/Audit Rules

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions

Skip approval step if approver has already approved , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
