3827750 - Error "Maximum number of rows has been exceeded. First 10000 rows sent to Excel"

Symptom

I would like to download all of the logs that show in the Import/Extract Monitor but it prompted me with Maximum number of rows has been exceeded. First 10000 rows sent to Excel, and only shows 10,000 rows only.
