3827763 - How can I allow my users to modify the name fields in their profile?

I want to allow our users the ability to modify the first name and middle name fields in their user profile. I modified the employee form in the expense admin but it seems there is no impact on the Personal Information section of the profile. Could you explain where are the settings we can enable to allow this functionality?
