3827764 - New Concur Travel - Why can't I see any results for my virtual station

I have set up a virtual station, but I cannot see any results for them when searching for car rentals. Why is that?

Travel > Direct Connect

Concur Travel all versions

virtual stations for car rental are set up, but I don't get any results for them , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-IMP , Import Credit Cards , Problem
