3827798 - Why it is not possible to access to view the Concur Consultant profile under user administration or user permissions by any Admin to delete the available expense reports or remove roles?

Admin wish to access the Concur Consultant profiles to delete the reports and the profile does not appear in the search result under user administration and cannot be access via proxy. Admin wish to delete the available expense reports.
