We have a situation where an employee's CTE login ID is different from their email address. We need system-generated emails to be sent to the employee's email address. However, in the Audit Trail, it shows the system is sending emails to the CTE login ID mailbox instead, like "An email reminder was sent to recipient: XXXXX for job: XXXXX".
