3827856 - Will the change made to the condition of the Pending Approval Email Reminder Rule also affect the ongoing pending approval reports?

Symptom

I have updated the condition of the Pending Approval Email Reminder Rule from sending the email reminder when the reporting is pending for 7 days to 3 days. I would like to inquire whether this modification will also be applied to the reports that are currently pending approval. Do the ongoing reports need to be returned and resubmitted?
