3827872 - How can I remove the options to 'Receive emails' and 'Receive approval emails' from the user's Expense Delegates options under User Profile?

Symptom

We have removed all options for Employees under Delegates Configuration so for employees not to assign delegates for themselves anymore, however, the options to 'receive emails' and 'receive approval emails' are still available when accessing User Profile and Expense Delegates. How can we make these options not visible to the employees?
