3827885 - Error: Exception Name: com.concur.expense.exceptions.BadRequestException Exception Message: Images cannot be replaced for the submitted reports

I would like to attach the normal receipt for the submitted report that Rich Data as receipts.

Expense > Imaging/Receipts (Not E-Receipts)

Concur Expense all versions

Why can't I attach normal receipts to a submitted report that has Rich Data as receipts? , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-IMG-STG , Image Settings , Problem
