3827900 - How do we have our SSO redirect a user to a specific Expense Report via our email link?

We use SSO and currently when we receive email notifications about specific Expense Reports our users are just sent to the SAP Concur homepage. Instead we would like to use Deep Linking so that the link in the email directs them straight to the Expense Report referenced in the email.
