3828013 - How do I configure Custom rates in the New Mileage Service?

Symptom

The following is a list of Standard Edition countries where the Mileage Service does not provide Automatic Rates:

Indonesia
Italy
Japan
Korea
Mexico
Philippines
Singapore
Taiwan
Thailand
Vietnam

These countries require manual configuration of mileage rates. See below to view the example configuration steps.
