3828047 - What impact does Data Retention have on Credit Card Transactions, Available Expenses and Unassigned Cash Advances if Enabled?

A user cannot see unassigned credit card transactions older than 23 months as an available expense in the SAP Concur application. The Company Administrator is able to see the credit card transaction in the company card tool as unassigned. Why can’t the credit card transaction be released to the user?

This is similar to cash advances with available balance under the Cash Advance Admin tool and the end user is no able to see them for selection.

Credit card transactions older than 23 months are being hidden from the users in the Concur interface. Old cash advances are no longer available for selection.
