Symptom

We have a purchase request but cannot find that PO number to create invoice.
It showed "A valid email address for this vendor is required to transmit the purchase order. Clicking Preview will allow you to supply an email address. To set a valid email address for this vendor, contact your organization's Vendor Manager." when we clicked Transmit button.
