3828130 - [SAP ICS] Posting Failed 787(FF): Tax does not equal 0 when tax percentage rate is zero

Symptom

Important: A posting failure could occur not only due to Concur configuration but also due to the SAP configuration. Therefore, troubleshooting is necessary to identify the root cause of the issue.
