3828138 - How can I confirm that the notification emails include the new SSO URL we set?

Symptom

We have followed the article How can I change the link in notification emails - e.g. approval email? and we were able to request SAP Concur support to change our SSO URL for the email notifications, but how can we confirm it was actually changed?
