3828143 - Why some expense entries and report totals are not displayed in the PDF Printed Report when the selected employee’s language is Japanese or Chinese?

Symptom

When I try to print expense reports, some of the expense entries and report totals are not displayed. This issue only occurs when the system language is set to Japanese or Chinese, and it happens to me and to the Approvers (not to the Processors).
