3828306 - Why can't I find rail stations in a Rail Request Segment, although I know that the station exists?

I was looking to create a Request that includes a Rail Segment and when searching for it in the drop down menu, I couldn't find this location. Although I know that the location exists and I also know that the vendor has the location in the database.
