3828327 - Why am I getting an error when I try to download the PDF version of a printed report?

Whenever I click the dedicate button to download a PDF version of the Printed Report I am getting an error: "Failed to download report as PDF file".
Please right click on the page and select Back to go back to the previous screen, or close the window to return to the main application."
This is not happening to all the Expense Reports, but just when I try to download the PDF version of a specific expense report. Why is this happening?
