3828329 - Why is a specific approver not receiving email notifications for expense reports or invoices pending their approval, when other approvers are?

I have an approver who is not receiving emails letting him know that he has reports or invoices pending his approval.

Expense > E-Mail - Expense Invoice > Emails

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions

Report Pending approval email not being received , KBA , CON-CA-USP-EMA , Email Addresses , Problem
