3828385 - Error in logs "NEED CUSTOMER NUMBER - USE DK"

Symptom

I am trying to book a trip in Concur Travel (Air / Car / Hotel / Rail). Each time I select the trip details and try to confirm my reservation, I see an error.

In the Service Logs returned from Sabre GDS the following errors are captured:

"UNABLE_TO_BOOK_DK_REQUIRED"
"NEED CUSTOMER NUMBER - USE DK"
