The Availability and Performance report contains SLA information for Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice for the desired month and the 12 months prior to that time frame. For example, a report for January 2020 would show this data from January 2019 to January 2020.
These reports are published by the 15th of each month, for the previous month.
For example, the report for January 2020 could be available by the 15th of February, 2020.
