We have one report approved, but SAP didn't receive it and create any document for it, we want to know what happened to ICS interface.
OR
The user is getting email notifications about unsubmitted expenses on card corp card. User is not able to open the Report in which these transactions are moved. When the user tries to open the Report, an error message pops- Either you don't have access to this report or it doesn't exist.
