3828547 - Why is German Travel allowance populating incorrectly rate for the in-transit date? (Legacy TA)

Symptom

I entered the last leg of my itinerary as follows:

  • Departure: 07/31/2022 at 04:06 PM from Montreal, Quebec
  • Arrival: 08/05/2022 at 12:00 PM back in Montreal, Quebec

The travel allowance rate for Canada is 47 EUR, but I see 40 EUR being applied from August 1 to August 4. I want to understand why the system uses this rate instead of the expected country rate.
