3828574 - Why do I receive the mail of 'Your company policy does not allow you to receive an email with your username.'?

I was trying to access SAP Concur Portal and clicked " Forgot your user name" link at the sign in screen.
After I entered my email address, then received the below email.  Why is this happening and how can I either obtain my password or create a new one?
