3828626 - If I set the SSO as Required, will our end users still be able to login with Email Link?

Symptom

When I worked a Concur SSO admin, I want my users log in using SSO authentication instead of all others.

After I set SSO option as "Required" in Concur "Manage Single Sign-On" page, I tested it and found that there's still a login option "Sign in with an Email Link" available, is this the right behavior?
