3828643 - Error: "An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with Employee Id...RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Updated Message: Rule Class is invalid" on User Import or Employee Import

We are receiving Error "Rule class is invalid" when we use Employee Import or User Import feature. 

The error in Import/ Extract Monitor > Employee Import feed looks like this: 
Error "An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with Employee Id...RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Updated Message: Rule Class is invalid"

The error in User Admin > Import Users looks like this: 
RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Updated Message:Rule class 'XXXX' is invalid.

How can we fix the error, so the import is processed with success? 

User import or Employee Import failure due to invalid rule class provided in the file , KBA , CON-CA-CMP-IMD , Import Data , CON-CA-TLS-IEM , Import / Extract Monitor , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-JOB , Scheduled Jobs , Problem
