3828659 - Error Code 9997 when trying to create a new Pay File Account

Symptom

Expense Pay currently supports Pay File Accounts in SEPA EUR and Zengin JPY. USD and other currencies are not available for use as Pay File Accounts. Therefore, only EUR and JPY are supported for this purpose.

Attempting to create a Pay File Account using currencies other than EUR or JPY will likely result in the following error message:

Error Code 9997 when trying to create a new Pay File Account
