3828700 - Error has occured when clicking on Password Reset Link

I have requested a password reset email via the Forgotten Password ? option. I have received the email, but when I click on the password reset link, I am redirected to a Concur page which shows the below error:

"Sorry, something went wrong. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk. (Error 500)"

OR

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please ensure you entered the link correctly or click here to request another password reset email"

I don't get any option to reset my password.

The user receives error when they click on the password reset link in the email and are unable to reset their password. , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , CON-CA-ADM-AUA , Authentication Admin , Problem
