Symptom

Scenario 1:

When I click Search to book a trip, the following error appears starting with "Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

Scenario 2:

When I save the Traveler Profile, I see a generic error starting with "Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system..."
