3828728 - Is there a Standard Report available in Cognos 11 to show who has been assigned certain User Permissions?

I would like to have a report that shows the Roles or Permissions of the SAP Concur application and the users that have those roles assigned.

Reporting > Intelligence/Analysis

Concur Expense all versions

I would like a Cognos report of the users who has the Expense Processor permission. , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , Problem
