Our Finishing Templates is set up to write the CliqUser, Cliqcid, and Cliqconfig information to PNR remarks. However, we are finding that when a booking is made within Concur, these remarks are now being added to the PNR twice. We are trying to determine why these remarks are showing in PNRs twice.
