3828773 - Error in logs: "INVALID HOTEL CHAIN CODE" NH Hotels

Symptom

The user gets an error message when booking a trip. The following error shows up when saving the user profile:

"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur support and share the following correlation ID code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
