SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I am attempting to register my profile to be recognized as an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) but cannot find the Contact Support link under Help, in the Home Admin menu or in the bottom left side of the screen. Why can I not see it and how can I get my profile registered?
