3828784 - Why am I receiving error when changing expense type of itemized entry?

When I changed expense type from one that has itemization from one that does not have, If I Click Save Expense, the system pops up a window asking to Update Other items. After clicking Update, the system gives the error "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again."

I cannot update the expense type from A to B, system pops up error "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task" , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
