3828812 - [NetSuite] Error: "Invalid billaddresslist reference key _ for entity _."

Symptom

This error in the SAP Concur to NetSuite connector means the integration is trying to use a Bill Address ID (billaddresslist) that does not belong to the referenced entity/vendor.

Meaning:

  • 'abc' = Bill Address internal ID being sent
  • '123' = Vendor/Entity internal ID
  • NetSuite cannot find that address under that vendor

This usually happens when:

  • the vendor address was deleted
  • the address belongs to another vendor
  • vendor/address synchronization failed
