3828908 - Error: “An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with Employee Id= [XXX]. Details: RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Created Message: Create user failed. Login Id XXX represents user from another company.”

Symptom

When trying to create a user via employee import I get the following error:

“An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with Employee Id= [XXX]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Created Message: Create user failed. Login Id XXX represents user from another company.”
