3828909 - Why is the Import Job getting this Error: "Unable to read the file:/mnt/nasshare.spend.cnqr.tech/batch/p00xxxx/import/....txt."

Symptom

The client is encountering an error with one of their Import Jobs, specifically: "Unable to read the file: /mnt/nasshare.spend.cnqr.tech/batch/p00xxxx/import/....txt." However, if the import file is sent or uploaded a second time, it processes successfully.
