3828926 - Why can't the Processor see the 'Submitted & Pending Approval' status via the approval status search bar?

When checking via the approval status filter in Process Reports, the processor cannot see some of the approval statuses. Usually, the approval status drop down options will show the "Submitted & Pending Approval" status but the drop-down seems to not have the option to select that status.
