3828971 - Error: "Could not find List Category 'List Name' using Default Language en" and/or "The imported List Name must already exist in a List Category"

I am not able to import a new list into SAP Concur. The format and the data of the import file are correct but the import fails, producing either of both of the below errors: 

ERROR:  "Could not find List Category 'List Name ' using Default Language 'en"
ERROR : "The imported List Name must already exist in a List Category"

I not able to import new items due to the List Category Error. , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-JOB , Scheduled Jobs , Problem
