3829004 - How do I capture the response to the Overnight trip with no hotel question in the PNR?

Symptom

I do not see a way to document the record locator (PNR) when the user selects any of the options in the user-supplied hotel prompt:
Pop-up box advising an overnight stay without a hotel reservation. Offers options to select to book a hotel now, that you booked outside of Concur or you will not be staying in a hotel for this trip
