3829057 - [NetSuite_BTP] How to resolve the error "Invalid taxcode reference key ___"?

Symptom

During integration, SAP Concur sends the tax code associated with the expense or invoice to NetSuite. NetSuite verifies whether the tax code is valid before creating the transaction.

If the tax code is invalid or unavailable, NetSuite returns an error similar to the following: Invalid taxcode reference key <Tax Code internal ID>. This validation is performed by NetSuite and indicates that the tax code included in the integration payload is not recognized in the target NetSuite account.
