3829067 - Why do travel configurations appear multiple times in the Data Retention settings?

When a company administrator opens the Data Retention settings and clicks Edit retention period: travel > Advanced, they may notice:

- The same travel configuration name appearing more than once in the list (same name, one below another)
- Fewer travel configurations shown in the Travel Policy Administration page or Supportability portal compared to the Data Retention page

In travel administration > rule classes only unique travel configuration names are present.
