3829167 - Can I create a custom trip field to prevent user from making a booking?

Symptom

At the start of booking I would like to set up a custom trip field and ask user some question. If user replies "No", they should not be allowed to make a booking. Is this possible?

For example, a question would be "Have you received pre-approval for this trip?"

Yes - then the user can proceed with their booking
No - then the user is stopped from proceeding and receive a message that pre-approval is needed.
