3829190 - [ADP] Why was the approver role in Concur removed after the ADP HR Connector Employee Import runs?

I submitted this case and hope you could check why some of our expense approvers in Concur can no longer approve expense reports and the box for Expense Approver or Can Approve in their UI is unchecked?
Each time we give the users authority to approve expense reports the permission is removed from their profile.
