SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I received an error during a Travelfusion booking and, when checking my email, I had the airline booking confirmation.
When I checked with the TMC/Concur, it was confirmed I had a successful booking.
But Concur did not automatically created a Request, which is required by my Company's Travel Policy.
