Symptom

I am trying to book a flight and the following error gets displayed:

An error has occurred with your booking. Start a new search and try again.
Error Code: ar-40000
Correlation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Checking in Kibana with the correlation ID, the error appears as:
NDC_ORDERCREATE_9111/3 - All mandatory details are not provided in the request for Passport/Known Travller
