3829303 - How do I Create or Update Employee Accounts Using the User Import Tool?

I would like to know the steps to mass update user profiles through the User Import Tool in the User Administration page.

Expense > Travel Data Integration with Expense

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions

I want to mass update user profiles using the User Import Tool , KBA , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , CON-CA-ADM-USR , User Administration , Problem
